Payment
All prices quoted are in sterling with approximate conversions to Euros, US Dollars, Canadian Dollars and Australian Dollars at prevailing rates of exchange. Payments can be made using major credit or debit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Switch, Delta, Solo or Eurocard and will be charged in pounds sterling.
Payment by cheque
Please send a cheque for the cost of the item(s), including the correct delivery charge to Paul Wright Jewellery, P.O. Box 176, Stratford Upon Avon, CV37 6WT, Warwickshire, United Kingdom. Please include the following information: the name and code of the item you are ordering, your email address, telephone number and delivery address including postal code.
We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is within our power to do so, to keep the details of your order secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from our site.
Prices
All prices and offers are subject to availability. Errors and omissions excepted. VAT (tax) is included on all prices quoted, including delivery, at a rate of 20%.
Tax
Customers outside the U.K. are responsible for local import duties and taxes and any costs incurred during the import over and above the prepaid shipping charges.
Web site descriptions
Every care has been taken to ensure that all descriptions, specifications, colours and prices are correct. However colour representations may vary depending on your own monitor and we endeavor to be as accurate as possible. All sizes are approximate. All items are offered subject to availability at the time of ordering. Not all the designs featured are custom made and some items of jewellery offered may not be exclusive to Paul Wright Jewellery. We reserve the right to stock and sell other jewellery brands.
Errors and omissions
Paul Wright Jewellery is not responsible for typographical errors on our website. Should there be an error in the description or price of goods in the catalogue, the company reserves the right to supply the goods at the correct price. Customers will be notified by email before any order is processed.
Interpretation
These Conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with the Law of England. Paul Wright Jewellery and the Customer agree to submit any dispute to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
