We accept orders on the basis that you have read our terms and conditions and that placing your order confirms that you have read and accepted these.
All prices quoted are in sterling with approximate conversions to Euros, US Dollars, Canadian Dollars and Australian Dollars at prevailing rates of exchange. Payments can be made using major credit or debit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Switch, Delta, Solo or Eurocard and will be charged in GBP Pounds Sterling.
We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is within our power to do so, to keep the details of your order secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from our site.
All prices and offers are subject to availability. Errors and omissions excepted. VAT (UK tax) is charged at a rate of 20%.
Customers outside the U.K. are responsible for local import duties, taxes and any import costs incurred over and above the prepaid shipping charges.
Web site descriptions
Every care has been taken to ensure that all descriptions, specifications, photographs and prices are correct. However colour representations may vary depending on your own monitor and we endeavor to be as accurate as possible. All sizes are approximate. Products are offered subject to availability at the time of ordering. Not all the jewellery featured is manufactured by Paul Wright Jewellery and some of the collections offered may not be exclusive to Paul Wright Jewellery. We reserve the right to stock and sell other jewellery brands and designs including finished jewellery, gemstones, silver and gold chains, findings and other jewellery components and fittings.

Errors and omissions
Paul Wright Jewellery is not responsible for typographical errors on our website. Should there be an error in the description or price of goods in the catalogue, the company reserves the right to supply the goods at the correct price. In the event of an error customers will be notified by email before any order is processed.
Return of goods
Paul Wright Jewellery endeavours to supply the highest quality goods and service and operates a simple returns policy. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, if you are not totally satisfied with your purchase you may return it to us within 14 days of delivery. Item(s) must not have been used, worn or damaged and need to be returned in their original packaging. Refunds are not available on pierced earrings, if they have been worn, for hygiene reasons. We are unable to refund rings that have been specially made to specific finger sizes, engraved or personalised items or commissioned items of jewellery.
Please note that we do not refund postage costs and you will be responsible for bearing the cost of returning the goods to us. Otherwise, we offer a 14-day 'no quibble' returns guarantee. If any item is not to your liking, you need to inform us in writing via our contact page and then simply return it to us to this address: Paul Wright Jewellery, P.O. Box 176, Stratford Upon Avon, CV37 6WT, Warwickshire, U.K. When returning goods, it will speed up the process if you remember to include your name, address and order number. Once we receive the returned items(s) we will refund the price paid for the goods within 7 - 14 days or allow you to exchange the items for something else. Deposits on commissioned jewellery are non refundable. If you cancel a purchase within one month of paying a deposit, we are happy to issue an online credit. Credits expire after 6 months. Purchases cancelled after one month forfeit 100% of the deposit.

These Conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with the Law of England. Paul Wright Jewellery and the Customer agree to submit any dispute to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.

For any queries or complaints about goods or services please write to us or email us using our contact page. We endevour to respond to all complaints within 48 hours but please allow up to five working days in case we are away exhibting. You can also telephone customer services on +44 (0)1789 550780. Call charges are at standard UK national or local call rate depending on the area you are calling from. Mobile and international call charges are dependant on the originating contract or country.
Paul Wright Jewellery office hours are 9am - 5pm (gmt) from Monday to Saturday. An answer phone is operational at times we are unavailable or when we are exhibiting away. Please see our exhibition schedule for the dates we are away.
