Due to the outbreak of Covid19, we are experiencing global delays in the transit of international deliveries. Royal Mail is working closely with their postal partners to ensure items are delivered as swiftly as possible, but at this time, their priority is the safety or postal workers and customers. As many countries have limited flights both inbound and outbound either to reduce the outbreak in already affected countries or as a preventative measure for currently less affected countries, there are significant delays to items both leaving and entering the UK.

Please note that under the current government restrictions we are still unable to access our workshops in the Birmingham Jewellery Quarter. This means that we cannot yet undertake repairs, special commissions or product customisations. However the products listed on our website are all currently available for immediate delivery. We want to let you know that due to the current Covid-19 distancing restrictions affecting depot staffing levels, Royal Mail has experienced some disruptions which have led to delays of over a week or more on some 1st class deliveries. If you require an urgent delivery or have a deadline to meet, please select the 'Priority' option at a cost of £6.95 which then guarantees delivery in the UK within two days and is the fastest ‘tracked’ delivery service to other worldwide destinations.

These are certainly very trying times for us all. As small business owners, my wife and I have been trying to come to terms with this worrying pandemic just as much as you have. With this in mind we have been contemplating the best way of reaching out to you all. 

Let's face it, it's been a very difficult several weeks for everyone!

As many of you already know we're a small family business based in Stratford Upon Avon with our workshops in Birmingham's Jewellery Quarter. We're doing our best to continue supplying our customers with our unique silver and gold jewellery designs. Deliveries have been operating pretty much as normal and we're successfully ensuring that your orders arrive well on time.  Delivery Information can be found here.

Being a small brand means that times like this can be critical for a business to survive. Unfortunately, due to the Covid-19 risk, many of our planned national exhibitions have been cancelled this year meaning we will not see most of you probably until Christmas or possibly only sometime in 2021. I know that will be a disappointment for many of you and it is obviously a major blow for us too. Please bear in mind that we can deliver our special hand crafted jewellery to you, or any of your family or friends, simply by ordering online - your support would be deeply appreciated!  Exhibition updates can be found here.

In fact I would like to go further and ask if you would consider supporting ALL small business owners near you when and if you can. Whilst I am confident that we will manage to pull through, there are many other craft workers, independent retail shops, and service providers that may not be so fortunate. They will need your support too if they are to survive. 

Finally we have been asked if it is safe to receive orders. According to the WHO, “The likelihood of an infected person contaminating commercial goods is low and the risk of catching the virus that causes COVID-19 from a package that has been moved, travelled, and exposed to different conditions and temperature is also low.”
