‘Paul Wright Jewellery’ is the trading name for Wright & Co Antiques Ltd., (referred to in this notice as ‘we’ or ‘us’). We believe that security while shopping on the Internet is important and so we endeavour to use comprehensive security checks.
Normally, when browsing the web, the URLs (web page addresses) begin with the letters "http". However, over a secure connection the address displayed should begin with "https" - note the "s" at the end. When placing an order we automatically use secure server software (SSL) which encrypts all information you input before it is sent to us. Any webpage requesting your personal details should display an address beginning with "https". This process is constantly being updated to provide the maximum level of security.
When submitting your order you are confirming to purchase goods and allowing Paul Wright Jewellery to use your personal details for the purpose of supplying goods. We use information from our interactions with you and other customers and from certain third parties, to help us achieve our goal of providing the highest quality products and services.

For example, this includes information related to Paul Wright Jewellery’s products, e-commerce activities, special offers, and promotions as well as information about our national shows and exhibitions. 
Data Retention
We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to provide you with our services and as described in our Privacy Policy. However, we may also be required to retain this information to comply with our legal and regulatory obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce my agreements. We generally only keep your data for 7 years.
Transfers of Personal Information Outside the EU
We may store and process your information through third-party hosting services in the US and other jurisdictions. As a result, we may transfer your personal information to a jurisdiction with different data protection and government surveillance laws than your jurisdiction. If we are deemed to transfer information about you outside of the EU, we rely on Privacy Shield as the legal basis for the transfer, as Google Cloud is Privacy Shield certified.

Our website provides you with links to various social networks. If you choose to interact with a social network, your activity on our website or applications will also be made available to social networks such as Facebook, Instagram or Twitter. 
If you have logged in to one of these social network sites during your visit to one of our websites, the social network site might add this information to your profile.
